LOS ANGELES, CA – mobileStorm Inc. announced that it will showcase it’s xAnywhere platform at the 2002 Winter Music Conference in Miami with some of the industries top Labels and Promoters.
xAnywhere™ is a unique web based communications platform that gives companies the ability to distribute content to audiences around the world. xAnywhere allows enterprises to maintain a solid and pervasive connection via, cell phones, landline phones, and pagers as well as handheld and desktop computers. xAnywhere also provides unique Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions, enabling companies to capture important demographic information about the taste and trends of their audience.
From March 23rd to the 27th more than 10,000 music industry professionals and enthusiasts from around the world will gather in Miami Beach for the 17th Annual Winter Music Conference. WMC is the most important date on the dance music calendar where every aspect of the industry worldwide gathers. Representatives from over 40 countries will be in attendance including executives from major and independent record labels, publishers, promoters, managers, agents, artists and DJ’s.
The WMC is more than just a conference. Centered around South Beach and Miami, WMC plays host to well over 100 different events. From Paul Oakenfold to Daft Punk, the industries top talent performs and the latest dance tracks are released. Teaming up with major electronic dance labels and promoters, mobileStorm will set up shop at 5 key events. Each event will have a booth equipped with wireless laptops that will allow mobileStorm to demo their technology, while at the same time, gather important user data such as, email addresses, cell phone and pager numbers, as well as other vital demographic information. All data collected will be shared with the events promoters and sponsors. In addition, mobileStorm will be able to market and communicate with audiences in Miami via text messaging, driving them to various events while at the same time alerting individuals that they have won free passes, CD’s, t-shirts and more.
