Success requires consultative, solutions-oriented sales skills in addition to intense personal energy and focused activity. A critical factor of achievement in this role is the ability and desire to prospect for new business – this means calling – a lot of it. This position will manage multiple sales campaigns and interact with senior-level prospects, offering mobileStorm products and services to grow their businesses.
- Develop and maintain a prospect/customer database
- Generate and qualify leads
- Source and develop client referrals
- Prepare sales action plans and schedules
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Develop sales proposals and negotiate sales contracts
- Represent mobileStorm at industry events promoting company market presence
- Interactions will be conducted via phone, electronically and in person
- Strong network of professional client contacts with a proven ability to negotiate
- 7+ years sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of mobile communications and its competitive landscape
- Top candidates will possess an understanding of SaaS, Mobile Apps/Web, and Email/SMS marketing tactics
- Expert level experience in sales pipeline development, strategy development, lead generation, prospect penetration and follow-up strategies
- Track-record of meeting/exceeding sales targets using consultative selling methods
- Ability to present information clearly and completely both through oral and written presentation
- Internally motivated to grow and succeed in a fast paced environment
- Contract management experience highly desired
- Successful candidates will be very high energy, highly-intelligent with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Flexibility and creativity are more than valued at mobileStorm – they’re required attributes
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
