Los Angeles, September 22, 2016 — mobileStorm Inc. (www.mobilestorm.com), a Mobile Experience Management (MXM) platform, is pleased to announce its recent hire of Sam Constantino who joins mobileStorm as SVP, Head Of Revenue.
Constantino will be in charge of total revenue, cross channel sales, and client services at mobileStorm.
Focusing on the gaming and retail sectors in which he has extensive experience, Constantino will also spearhead the acquisition of key channel partners in the Eastern U.S. and Canada.
A native of Clinton, New York, Constantino earned a B.A. from the University of Rochester before beginning his studies at Pepperdine University in the MBA program.
Prior to joining mobileStorm, Constantino served as Director of Game Sales and Systems Business Development for Konami where he established a track record of successful business development with strong revenue growth.
At Konami, he achieved major slot sales and negotiated corporate deals in every casino nationwide and in Canada.
Constantino previously served as Director of Business Partner Development at ParTech, where he generated new revenue in excess of $15 million by successfully managing 10 vertical markets, among them Cruise, Hotels, Stadiums and Arenas, Cinema, Casino and Gaming, and Ticketing.
Constantino brings more than twenty years of technology sales leadership and experience to mobileStorm. A masterful communicator and sales visionary who understands the power of a good sense of humor, Constantino’s skills include the ability to coordinate, organize, and manage an inspired sales team to pursue and achieve bold revenue goals.
Interestingly, Constantino also owns the 8 Fresh restaurant in his historic hometown — an experience that has offered him the opportunity to use mobileStorm technology. He has learned — as he describes it — “how to leverage mobileStorm tech in a real business setting and see things from a client’s point of view.”
“We are excited to welcome Sam into the mobileStorm family,” said Jared Reitzin, founder and CEO of the company. “As mobileStorm focuses heavily in the casino and retail space, he is a perfect fit for what we hope to accomplish. His extensive background in both gaming and retail will serve us well.”
Reitzin describes Constantino as a friend with whom he has long wanted to collaborate.
“I’ve known Sam for many years, he’s been a good friend, and I always knew we’d work together someday,” Reitzin said. “Luckily, the timing has finally clicked. Sam is a natural born leader, not just a closer, and has incredible energy and enthusiasm. We’re thrilled he is joining our team.”
Constantino looks forward to new opportunities at mobileStorm.
“I’m delighted that Jared approached me and that I have joined as head of revenue,” Constantino said. “This company has incredible technology, as well as a wealth of experience accumulated over 17 years — over half of it in gaming, which I know so well. The team is amazing and the fit is a good one.”
“mobileStorm’s core values align with my own,” he added. “The company is poised for explosive growth. There’s no telling how much we will accomplish over the coming years. I believe that — as the saying goes — ‘the sky’s the limit.’”
