Ram joined as a VP of Product and Technology in October of 2013 taking over the product strategy, roadmap and development responsibilities. Prior to mobileStorm, Ram was held senior technology leadership positions focusing on developing technology teams that build great products and services. He also provides significant experience in translating product vision into execution.
He was briefly with Thought Convergence, Inc.’s as their VP of Technology before joining mobileStorm. Before this he was the CEO and CTO of Advizo, LLC which managed a large community-based Q & A site. He has worked in both small and large corporations focusing more on growth stage companies. He did significant work (3 years) towards his Ph.D. in Cognitive Science at the University of California, San Diego, before joining the corporate world for good. He has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and a Cand.Mag. in Informatikk from the University of Bergen, Norway. He also enjoys playing and coaching soccer and is always up for a trip around the world with his family.
