The mobileStorm management team is compromised of seasoned start-up veterans who have years of experience in the ever-changing Web industry.

Jared Reitzin

- CEO, Founder, Chairman (www.jaredreitzin.com)

Jared ReitzinPrior to officially forming mobileStorm in October of 1999, Mr. Reitzin was CEO of Katalyst Music Group LLC, an independent record label and new media company. There, he directed the growth of the company as a promoter for musical acts, and provided web-based communication and marketing projects for the entertainment community. As a result of his efforts, KMG was chosen to produce an interactive CD showcasing the multimedia capabilities of Casio’s first handheld computer - the Cassiopeia. KMG had a strong list of clients that included, Infinite Mobility, MCA, Den.net, Interscope/Geffen/A&M and Transamerica. These relationships laid the groundwork for Mr. Reitzin’s current endeavors. Mr. Reitzin has a deep knowledge of the interactive gaming community, and previous to his work with Katalyst, he was employed as a product manager for Interactive Light - a leading developer and provider of networked sports simulators for such companies as IBM, Sega, Microsoft, Sony and Intel. Mr. Reitzin regularly speaks on panels and at conferences about multi-modality and new media technologies. He sits on the board of RACER Mobile Inc., a mobile marketing start-up focused on helping companies with their mobile strategy and technology deployment. Steve Chipman

- Chief Operating Officer

Steve ChipmanMr. Chipman serves as mobileStorm’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for all product development, client management, and project management as well as the day-to-day operations of the company. He has more than 12 years of experience working for various software and Web technology companies. He has served in a variety of senior product/project management capacities and has worked with some of the largest clients in the industry, including AOL/TimeWarner, Microsoft, Nokia, Yahoo! and AT&T. He has extensive experience structuring and reorganizing start-up development efforts and has sat on the board of several organizations including the establishment of the first interactive division of the San Francisco Ad Club. He holds a BA in International Studies from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.

Ojas Amin

- Chief Technology Officer

Ojas AminMr. Amin has more than 10 years experience in the technology/design sector. Prior to joining mobileStorm in 2000, Mr. Amin was Creative Director for World Apparel, an online marketplace for the fashion industry. Mr. Amin was in charge of a team of developers, photographers, and designers. There, he created all aspects of the company’s brand, as well as worked directly with the English government to design "Made in England", the UK’s patriotic push for fashion. Before World Apparel, Mr. Amin was founder and director of Technology for Fraction Design, a leading web design and consultancy firm. While at Fraction Design, a local ISP and hosting company (Enternet) acquired Fraction Design, keeping Mr. Amin on as its technical director.

Ric Hattabaugh

- EVP, Sales & Marketing

Ric HattabaughAs Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for mobileStorm, Ric is responsible for providing leadership and vision for scaling Mobilestorm’s growth. Ric brings 20 years of experience in sales and marketing management with an intense focus on digital marketing. He previously served as Vice-President, Sales & Marketing at Topica, Inc. one of the biggest conversion marketing firms in the U.S.A. As the Vice President of Sales at StrongMail Systems, a leading email infrastructure software company, he helped grow the business from an early-stage startup to the preeminent force in the market. Prior to StrongMail, Ric was a partner at Eureka! Resource Group, a marketing and sales agency, helping medium to large enterprise businesses expand sales into new markets. His experience also includes marketing and sales leadership roles with Exodus Communications and Nortel Networks.

Michael D. Vu

- EVP / CFO

Michael D. VuMr. Vu has more than 18 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management and Finance in a variety of fields. Prior to joining mobileStorm in 2006, he was the CFO for PDA Inc., a successful Southern Californian investment company. Before PDA, Mr. Vu worked as a California Real Estate and Mortgage broker, where he owned and operated three offices. During his tenure, he oversaw more than 25 loan officers, 10 realtors and 40 telemarketers. He began his career at EquityBank Corp, where he became the youngest sales executive at the company by doubling his sales quotas every year.

Jason Stith

- Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Jason StithMr. Stith joined mobileStorm in March 2004 as its Business Development Manager. Promoted in 2006 to Vice President of Client Services, he is now in charge of overseeing all of mobileStorm’s customer base, which includes account management, creative management, new product launches, and customer retention. He has more than ten years experience with sales and customer relationships from a variety of positions held during this time. Prior to joining mobileStorm, Mr. Stith was a sales manager at Wired Accessories, where he led one of the regional sales teams for the organization.

Shavkat Karimov

- Director, Online Marketing

Shavkat KarimovMr. Karimov is mobileStorm's Director of Online Marketing, where he oversees such areas as SEO and SEM for the company. He is a veteran of online marketing and an expert in SEO practices and techniques, including his creation of the SEOTRIZ methodology. Mr. Karimov began his career in Uzbekistan where he oversaw online marketing strategies for numerous Web sites, helping increase their organic search traffic. He is also an award-winning filmmaker, and wrote a book on promoting and selling short films, which is available in major bookstores across America.
