Responsibilities:
Handle incoming support requests/questions by phone, email and chat in a highly efficient yet courteous manner.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and business objectives.
Provide customers with exceptional support and a can-do attitude to help solve any challenges that they are experiencing.
Run training sessions with new clients to help them get acclimated to our applications.
Proactively and frequently communicate with clients, to ensure satisfaction and improve retention.
Write/update help sections, walkthrough guides and FAQs to help clients empower themselves.
General Qualifications:

Specific Requirements:

A background or education in marketing is important, and top candidates will possess an understanding of online marketing tactics.
As a full sales cycle position – find/consult/close/service/upgrade – success requires consultative, solutions-oriented sales skills in addition to intense personal energy and focused activity. A critical factor of achievement in this role is the ability and desire to prospect for new business – this means calling – a lot of it. You will manage multiple sales campaigns and interact with senior-level prospects showing them how to use new digital marketing tactics to grow their businesses.
Again, all this starts with you identifying a prospect and generating interest and credibility.
Qualifications:
2+ years sales experience
Mobile marketing, email marketing and/or online experience is strongly preferred
